To add a new FAQ, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Manage FAQ" button
2. From your site's Dashboard, click on "Add" then select the "Question/Answer" option
3. Each new Question/Answer must be associated with a category
4. Save and publish
You can edit or rearrange your FAQs and choose other categories whenever you want.
Yes. To add media, follow these steps:
1. Go to Application Settings
2. Click on “Manage FAQ”
3. Create or select the question you want to add media to
4. When editing your answer, click the video, image, or GIF icon
5. Add the media from your library then save
You can change the title from the application settings, under the "Display" tab. If you don't want to display the title, disable the "Show title" option.
An FAQ section provides quick answers to frequently asked questions about your business, such as: "Which countries do you ship to?" ", " What are your schedules ? », « How can I book one of your services?
