Maison Sabiá ships to Europe via Mondial Relay.
Your vintage parcels will be sent to the collection point closest to you. You will receive a message confirming the dispatch and receipt of your purchase at the collection point.
Parcels not collected at the collection point after the deadline will not be sent again, except payment of a new delivery at the customer's expense.
Outside the EU, import duties or any local sales tax, if applicable, are not paid and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return
If the products do not satisfy you, you can request a refund or an exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returns shipped after 14 days will not be accepted.
To carry out the return procedure, you must send an email to maisonsabia@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization and the address to send.
Products which have been authorized for return must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during transport.
You will then receive a refund notification email, indicating that it has been validated with our payment intermediary Stripe or PayPal (depending on the payment method chosen when placing your order).
For returns made from outside the EU, import duties in France may be levied and, if applicable, they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
